Text Box: Dear Spirit Wind Ministries,
Thank you for listening to the voice of God with the Timothy Project. So often, young people are called to service but are not given the opportunity or guidance in the art of developing spiritual leadership. ~Parent of Timothy Project Member

The Reality
Statistics show that
63% of today’s youth do not believe that Jesus is the one
true Son of God. Our youth are growing up with a distorted view of what truth,
faith and Christianity are.

The hope

It’s evident that this generation is looking for something that will satisfy them. They know there is more to this life, and they want genuine relationships. We have the opportunity to guide them to the truth– God’s love and a relationship with Jesus Christ!

The Timothy Project
Text Box: Spirit Wind, “My heart is so glad and encouraged.  Nothing gets me so "pumped for God" than to see young people throwing off the world and pressing into God.  Seeing young men and women answering the call of God on their lives”	~Youth Pastor/ Timothy Project Leadership
The best is yet to come!

Youth Called to Leadership and Ministry

This discipleship ministry gets its name from the Bible account of how the Apostle Paul mentored a young minister named Timothy. It was established in response to the increasing number of youth who were acknowledging the call of God on their lives at Spirit Wind camps. All “chosen and called” youth, ages 12-17 that are serious about their relationship with Jesus Christ, are invited to be a part of the Timothy Project.

Vision and Purpose-- Teaching, Equipping and Supporting

The vision and purpose of the Timothy Project is to teach, equip, and support youth who are in pursuit of truth and who are willing to take a STAND and make a difference for their generation and for God! Spirit Wind Ministries desire is to mentor a generation of youth that have acknowledged the call of God on their lives. This ministry is open to all youth who have acknowledged such a call on their lives or have shown to be zealous for the Lord and for sharing the Good News.

Timothy Retreats-- Unity in Worship and Teaching

Timothy Project retreats provide a place for youth to unite with other like-minded youth and build relationships. Ministers, church leaders, missionaries and worship bands are brought together for retreats– each one is unique.
Youth from all denominations are invited and welcome to be a part of this extraordinary ministry.

Text Box: This is what some of the Timothy’s had to say about a recent retreat...
“This retreat is not based on outward appearances but based on the relationship we have with each other and most importantly Jesus Christ”…. “This retreat was a glimpse of God’s glory experienced with friends” ….“I’ve been re-juiced!”

Thank you to everyone who made this retreat so special– it wouldn’t have been the same without you!!

There are no current plans for a Timothy Project retreat;  however, the ministry plans to continue holding these life-changing retreats.
